User-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by the respective bus operator’s policy. Applicable cancellation charges will be deducted.
Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Operator-Initiated Cancellations
In case of operator cancellation, BookOurBus will assist with refund or rebooking as per operator policy.
